2 bedrooms both with ensuite shower room. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed, Bed 2 has a Superking or can be made into twin beds on request.
Open plan living dining and kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, wine fridge and dishwasher. Flatscreen TV and DVD
Utility room with small dog shower and washer dryer.
Deck area with seating for evening sunshine or morning coffee and a sunny large secure back garden with patio and BBQ. Small shed for bicycle or boards. Rotary washing line.
4 minutes drive from St Merryn, one of the 7 lovely Bays or the SW Coast path and only 10 minutes drive from Padstow. Shop, Bar, tennis courts all on site.
1 pet allowed, more on request. NO WIFI but good 4G signal.
