2 bedrooms both with ensuite shower room. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed, Bed 2 has a Superking or can be made into twin beds on request.

Utility room with small dog shower and washer dryer.
Deck area with seating for evening sunshine or morning coffee and a sunny large secure back garden with patio and BBQ. Small shed for bicycle or boards. Rotary washing line.
4 minutes drive from St Merryn or a beach and only 10 minutes drive from Padstow. Shop, Bar, tennis courts all on site.
1 pet allowed, more on request. NO WIFI but good 4G signal.
